As a lot of customers keep asking for exclusive agent right for our PC Stations, we now published our exclusive agency terms here. Welcome customers from all over the word to be our distributoers in their own market or countries.

Exclusive Agency Terms

1.        Basic order requirements: Monthly Order no less than 1000 sets for the unique station model customer want to distributor.

2.        Agent right: Within the sole distributing market, EGLOBAL won’t supply the Agreed model to any other customer, all inquiries referred will hand to Agent there.

3.        EGLOBAL provide online technical support to Agent and also Agent’s customers.

4.        EGLOBAL supply same after-sale services as normal customers (all products guaranty for one year, supply 1% replacement products instead of the guaranty period for customer’s option).

5.        All Agent contracts come to work after 3 monthes trial period.

6.        After signed the exclusive agency contract, exclusive agency right can be automatically cancel if agent cannot fullfill the agreed monthly order within continued 3 monthes.

7.        EGLOBAL don’t supply OEM and ODM to Exclusive Agent, agent must sell under EGLOBAL name.
